Lucan based the Gandhis release their debut album
through 1969Records. Having played sold out shows
in Dublin in Radio City and Whelans, the Gandhis
return with –You are my Friend- to promote.
Singles –Zaza-Don’t you want to be
loved by me –and-A guy like me- have received
extensive radio airplay, culminating in an appearance
on Saturday Night with Miriam on RTE television
in August 2009.
Touted by Hot Press,News of the World and others
as one to watch in ’09, the album was recorded
in wexford in Spring ’09 and is being supported
by a full press and nationwide tour throughout
October and November |
